What role you will play in our team We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic global recruiting team driving competitive advantage through our people. What you will do Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles; lead intake meetings and validate requisitions. Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high‑quality shortlists. Provide market insights (e.g., talent trends, compensation benchmarks) to inform hiring decisions. Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations. Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. About you Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions. Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (beyond LinkedIn). Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and solution‑oriented. Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize. A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
