Security Officer Supervisor Job Responsibilities Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders. ·Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients. Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of designated site. Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment Administrative duties Foot patrol Other responsibilities may apply Security Officer Supervisor Requirements FL Class D Security License Willingness to submit to a background check Some Supervisory (or law enforcement/military) experience required Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours Ability to lead and train Security Guards Some flexible availability – shift hours may vary due to occupancy and needs Security Officer Supervisor Qualifications Security experience Ex-law enforcement Military service Suitable candidates will be contacted to come to our office for in-person interviews.
