Customer Service Representative

HelloGov AI is a Miami-based startup transforming how people interact with government services. Using advanced artificial intelligence, we streamline complex processes like passports, travel visas, and vehicle registration. Located in the heart of Brickell, our vision is to make the customer experience seamless through our marketplace of trusted couriers. The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience on every call. Through direct outbound outreach, you will assist customers with their applications, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. This is a high-volume, customer-centric position with around 200 calls per day.
