Sales & Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to support our expansion across the U.S. market. This role focuses on building and growing relationships with top-tier consulting firms and private equity firms.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, target, and engage leading consulting firms and private equity firms across the U.S.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business and achieve growth targets
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Deliver compelling presentations to senior decision-makers
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client experience

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Understand client needs and position tailored solutions effectively
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Establish credibility within the consulting and private equity ecosystem

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Track industry trends and competitive landscape
• Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market opportunities
• Contribute to pricing strategies and service development
• Support marketing initiatives through client insights and case studies

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Fluent English communication skills
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

Preferred (Strong Plus)

• Experience in expert networks, consulting, or professional services
• Existing relationships with consulting firms or private equity clients
• Experience selling into the U.S. market
• Background in executive search, advisory services, or enterprise SaaS
