Sales & Marketing Associate

Job Title

We are looking for an entry level candidate to execute amongst a myriad of marketing needs within the organization.

You will work alongside the Associate Marketing Managers to help execute within social media, event coordinating, and customer experience needs.

While we are looking for an entry level candidate, we do expect applicants to have experience and ability to speak to experience in social media, growth hacking, copywriting, event logistics, community management, and general interdepartmental multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for the organization
• Routinely review and organize assets for distribution across B2B, B2C, and other external channels
• Provide an additional critical eye to all marketing and sales projects from copywriting and design to event execution
• Maintain multiple digital inboxes for consumer relations, exercising the highest level of customer service and relationship management
• Learn standard SEO, GEO, and social media SEO best practices
• Assist with sponsorship and partnership programming strategies tied to all offline marketing events
• Support offline event logistics and on-site execution for activations including inventory, event buildouts, staffing, and paperwork
• Represent the brand at assigned offline marketing events whether sponsored or requiring full brand presence
• Liaise between departments, external vendors, and other 3rd party collaborators for online and offline marketing needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand all needs on a seasonal, annual, and monthly basis to define project scope for the marketing team
• Assist the sales team with offline activations as it relates to marketing initiatives and help with the communication and expectation management with our retail customers
• Coordinate between teams to double check inventories, customer orders, and other interdepartmental requests
• Routinely report on issues between departments like project delays, inventory issues, event logistic problems, and anything else that requires interdepartmental attention
• Be adaptive to an evolving scope, exercising a propensity for self-driven work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content
• An eye for detail and knack for strategy and analytical thinking and processing
• A willingness to always be learning and receive feedback in real time
• Experience working professionally in social media and content creation is a plus
• Experience and skill in illustration and/or digital design is a plus
• 1-2 years of similar experience in B2C or related field is a plus
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Passion for art and design, with knowledge of the industry and its trends
• Ability to be self starting and work independently to complete delegated tasks
