InGenesis is currently seeking Health Aides to work with our client located in Savannah, Ga In this role, you will be workings providing support and handle 7PM to 7:30 AM with rotating holidays and every other weekend. Job Duties Assist in Activity of Daily Living functions (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking) and continence) in accordance with the medical treatment plan provided and the reason for hospitalization. Assist in Nutritional functions Assist in routine health care functions under the supervision of a nurse at the assigned hospital. Remain alert and awake during requested tour. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a setting that required management of behavioral health diagnoses, Intellectual disabilities, addictions, or autism spectrum disorders. Must be AHA (American Heart Association) CPR Certified Knowledge of documentation principles. Knowledge of Bowel Elimination and proper actions. Management of Seizures and necessary follow-up actions. Knowledge of safe transferring protocols. Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control processes. Defining home health aide services Performing patient care duties in the home Provide personal care to home health patients Adhere to plan of care for home health aide Scheduling home health patient's visits Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming/personal hygiene Providing personal care and home support services Provide personal care assistance in client's home to meet changing personal care needs and keep in home Perform household services essential to health care at home Maintain records of personal health care activities Perform personal care activities - bathing, dressing, oral hygiene Assist with activities of daily living and perform personal care services to patients in a home or health care facility Assess each patient's health care needs Providing support and personal services Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients Provide care to the patient in the home Assist clients with the activities of daily living and personal care such as bathing, dressing Perform household services essential to health care in the home Perform normal household services essential to health care at home Provide assistance with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming to patients in home or in a residential facilityaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
