Assistant Project Manager – Land DevelopmentWe are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager – Land Development to join our team and help bring residential communities from planning and development through successful completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who enjoys coordinating people, managing details, and seeing complex projects move from concept to reality.In this role, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of land and site development projects, working closely with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and internal teams. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep projects moving will be essential to delivering successful developments on time and within budget.Support the planning and execution of land development and site development projects.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and internal departments to keep projects progressing efficiently.Assist with tracking project budgets, schedules, permits, contracts, and milestones.Monitor project progress and help identify potential delays, issues, or opportunities for improvement.Assist with coordinating site development activities and resolving project-related issues.Maintain accurate project documentation, records, reports, and status updates.Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.Help ensure projects remain aligned with established timelines, budgets, quality standards, and development requirements.Experience supporting land development and/or site development projects.Knowledge of residential construction and development processes.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and internal departments.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Experience tracking budgets, schedules, permits, and project milestones preferred.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in developing the communities where people will build their homes and lives.
