Network Administrator

Akkodis is seeking a Network Administrator for a Contract with a client in Wilmington, MA. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall technologies along with enterprise network infrastructure expertise to be considered .

Rate Range: $50/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Network Administrator Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Palo Alto and Fortigate firewall technologies.
• Monitor network performance, handle incidents, and resolve connectivity and security issues.
• Processes change requests, service requests, and perform troubleshooting using ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain network availability and support project implementations.
• Analyze network issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement of network operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure support and operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Palo Alto and Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls and network security management.
• Proven experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and working with global teams within ITIL-based environments.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
