About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Regulatory Reporting Innovation and Transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing enterprise-level leadership in the design, delivery, and modernization of the regulatory reporting framework. This role demands a strategic vision that prioritizes innovative and scalable solutions, ensuring accurate and compliant regulatory reporting. The Executive Director will be a senior bridge across various functions, including regulatory policy, finance, risk, treasury, data, and technology, and will be accountable for driving creative, forward-looking solutions that replace traditional, manual, or fragmented approaches with scalable, automated, and defensible designs. Key responsibilities for this position include defining and owning the strategic vision for regulatory reporting, providing executive oversight of regulatory interpretation, and designing new reporting platforms. The role also involves driving the reduction of manual adjustments through design-led automation, acting as the senior escalation point for reporting risks, and partnering with senior leaders across different functions to align reporting strategy and execution. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in regulatory reporting frameworks, strong data expertise, and a proven track record of driving innovative solutions in highly regulated environments. Experience in leading transformation initiatives, a solid understanding of technology, and the ability to influence across finance, risk, and technology are essential. The role requires an individual with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
