Bilingual Family Resource Navigator: Help Families Thrive
Community Action of Washington County
Community Action of Washington County is seeking a Bilingual Family Resource Navigator to assist families with young children in Washington County. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, connect families to Help Me Grow and related programs, and coordinate resources with trauma-informed care. The role requires experience in eligibility determination and bilingual fluency in English and another language (e.g., Farsi, Somali, Vietnamese).
