Headlight is looking for PMHNPs to join our team in Portland (Beaverton ) and lead our busiest clinic in the Pacific Northwest due to high demand for both Medication Management and Interventional Psychiatry like T MS and Spravato.

This role is full-time with a hybrid option that requires 4 days a week in-office. Candidates can select to work either 5x8 schedule OR 4x10 schedule in our Beaverton Clinic. This role will support our Medication Management team and Interventional Psychiatry team with TMS and Spravato treatments. You will have the full support of our Care Navigators and in-office Techs, who do the admin work so you can focus on your patient care. 

Must have OR PMHNP license and be willing to get crossed licensed in CA or currently have a CA PMHNP license.

• Access : The typical wait time to see a W2 Clinician is 4 weeks, Headlight significantly reduces this to an average of 8.9 days to see a W2 Clinician, with 80% of clients being seen within two weeks.
• Retention and Therapeutic Relationships : Industry data indicates approximately 70% of clients return for a second therapy session. Headlight boasts a 92% return rate, reflecting Headlights ability to match clients to the right clinician.
• Continuity of care : Of Clients who attend at least four sessions, only 36% continue with the same clinician in the broader industry. Headlight surpasses this with a 94% continuity rate. 
• Client Engagement and Attendance : Industry average for clients attending their first scheduled appointment is 65%. Headlight improves upon this with an 81% attendance rate, indicating effective initial engagement strategies.

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders 
• Work a hybrid model, Minimum of 3 or 4 days per week in office, depending on location
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients 
• Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress 
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans 
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient continuity of care 
• Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders 
• Participate in community outreach and education

• Minimum requirement of 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting

• Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing 
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP
• Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location)
• Active DEA in the state your prescribing (based on clinic location)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as part of a team 
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

The above compensation represents total compensation. Total compensation is equal to our base salary of $180,000 plus Headlights monthly billed hour bonus.

Here is the breakdown of the base and billed hour bonus. 

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $180,000
• Bonus for hitting goal: $2,000 each month
• Each Additional Hour above (monthly) goal : $150 per hour 
• Sign on Bonus

Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hours- $204,000

Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hours- $217,920

Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hours- $238,800
