What You'll Do: Stack materials and 55 lb bags (up to 6 feet high) in a fast-paced environment Work on production lines supporting daily operations Receive training on forklifts and yard equipment Collaborate with our production and operations teams Contribute to a quality-focused, safety-first workplace What We're Looking For: Reliable, hardworking individuals who want to build a career with us Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Strong work ethic and dependability Safety-minded with attention to quality Flexibility for occasional overtime and schedule changes Nice-to-Haves: Forklift or skid steer experience (we'll train the right person!) Work Environment & Physical Demands: This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment.
