As a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management on the Digital Wealth Product Integrations team, you will help shape how Product and Offer Managers research, plan, prioritize, and deliver work with greater clarity, consistency, and impact. This role is designed for a product leader who can strengthen product practices at scale, coach teams through change, and build repeatable frameworks that improve how product work gets done across the organization.In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Offer, Risk, Supervision, Compliance, and Technology teams to modernize ways of working, identify friction points, and support adoption of tools, playbooks, and practices that improve product execution. You will help teams apply AI-enabled workflows in practical, responsible ways while ensuring product practices continue to align with governance expectations in a regulated environment. Success will require strong product judgment, strategic thinking, communication, and the ability to influence outcomes across teams without relying on formal authority.This is an opportunity to build lasting team capability while gaining visibility with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. What you have Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, digital product management, or a related fieldExperience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, advisory services, or another regulated industryExperience applying AI tools, Generative AI, or AI-enabled workflows within a product, business, or operational contextExperience strengthening product practices, including research, planning, prioritization, roadmap development, decision-making, or product executionDemonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or upskilling product teams, leaders, or cross-functional partnersProven ability to drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, processes, or ways of working through influence and cross-functional partnershipExperience communicating insights, progress, recommendations, and decisions to senior leaders or executive-level stakeholdersExperience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Supervision, Technology, or similar functions in a regulated or governance-driven environmentStrong facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholdersBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience building or scaling repeatable capability programs, playbooks, training, communities of practice, or knowledge-sharing forumsExperience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, advisory services, or another regulated industryExperience leading product transformation, process improvement, or organizational effectiveness initiativesSeries 7 licenseAdvanced degree in a related fieldIn addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-124917Posted Date: 7 hours ago(8/7/2026 2:10 PM)Category: Product & Project ManagementSalary Range: USD $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 8/21/2026Position Type: Full time
