- Lead the releasing, scheduling, and sequencing of production kits to material handlers to drive efficient picking.
- Serve as the central communication lynchpin between operations, materials planning, receiving, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time kit delivery.
- Delegate inventory transactions, coordinate cycle counts, record discrepancies, and coordinate hot inbound or expedited deliveries.
- Track process turnbacks, perform root cause analysis on systemic issues, and ensure production takt is consistently met to achieve planned results.
