Key Responsibilities Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics. Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships. Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures. Managing cash and adhering to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy procedures. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience preferred, but not required. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Excellent communication skills. A positive and professional attitude. Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
