Job Summary

 

Join as a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to expand strategic customer partnerships, uncover new product opportunities, and win critical designs. You'll work closely with customers and sales teams to promote our industry-leading timing solutions. Success requires self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to independently drive multiple initiatives.  It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and collaborate on Timing products with marketing, sales, and field applications engineering to identify, qualify and secure business opportunities
• Address customer requests regarding pricing, delivery schedules, forecasting, product lifecycle, and technical specifications
• Engage with timing ecosystem partners, data center, cloud customers and enterprise solution providers uncover high-value opportunities
• Develop compelling technical and business materials for current and next-generation timing products in partnership with customers and internal teams
• Deliver technical and product training to the extended sales organization
• Analyze existing and emerging markets; track competitor activities and develop competitive positioning strategies
• Forecast and drive design win growth and revenue expansion through data-driven business planning
• Ability to adopt new corporate tools for product management, customer tracking, and business reporting

• Generate sales collateral, training materials, press releases, web content, brochures, and presentations
• Influence cross-functional teams by translating customer needs into clear Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)

• Responsible for business planning, including market sizing, revenue forecasting, material planning, and pricing strategy
• Partner with design, product, and test engineering throughout all product lifecycle phases

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S preferred, or related engineering field. 

• 3-5 years experience in Product Marketing and Product Management
• Proven product management and marketing experience with enterprise silicon products, particularly timing solutions
• Strong interpersonal abilities with demonstrated success engaging customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal systems, preferred experience with PLL, clock and timing devices

• Experience with server, communications system, consumer electronics or automotive applications. 
• Sufficient with programming languages like Python, SQL and Microsoft Office products like Excel, Power BI.

• Understanding of semiconductor product lifecycles
• Excellent analytical and business skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• English proficiency is required, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and perform job responsibilities in a professional business environment.

Compensation Range: 

 

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. 

The annual base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $158,180. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
