Meta Floater Experience Specialist

Job Type: Regular Location: Verizon 51450 - Canton, OH 44718 Availability: Wednesday to Sunday, 11am‑5pm; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts required. Guaranteed 6 hours per week, with on‑call hours possible. Pay: $20 per hour, weekly. Early pay options available. Responsibilities Engage retail shoppers to recommend Meta products that meet their needs. Provide information on Meta products, ensuring an interactive and informative shopping experience. Demonstrate the latest Meta gadgets and help customers see how these devices can enhance fitness, gaming, and entertainment. Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the appropriate Meta product. Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success. Maintain Meta displays: keep them clean, organized, and visually appealing, showcasing the latest devices and promotions. Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports via mobile device. Adapt to local retail store environments, respecting hierarchies and operational policies while representing 2020 Companies. Qualifications Passion for gaming and experience with AV and VR products. Ability to effectively promote Meta products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers at leading mobile carriers. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in optimizing product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility. Trusted advisor skills: educating retailers and customers on Meta device features and benefits. Experience tracking and analyzing sales data; ability to report trends and identify improvement areas. Reliable transportation for on-time arrival to scheduled visits.
