Our Large eCommerce client is seeking a Content Strategist to join their growing team! Location: Remote USA Job Type: W2 Contract 40 Hours a week Length : Until EOY with likely ongoing extension About the Role We’re looking for Mid-Senior Content Strategist to lead high-impact, end-to-end content design initiatives that enhance the end-to-end ecommerce experience with a focus on global shipping and regulation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product narratives, define content strategies, and deliver accessible, inclusive, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead content design for key features, products, and initiatives aligned with company priorities. Develop scalable content solutions and contribute to team standards and best practices. Drive end-to-end consistency and a cohesive product narrative in collaboration with marketing and customer support. Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and localized for global markets. Partner with design, research, product, and engineering teams to co-create strategies and iterate across all stages of product development. Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in content-focused roles, with at least 6 years in UX content design or strategy. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered design thinking and UX writing. Proven experience leading content strategy from concept to launch across web and mobile platforms. Deep understanding of accessibility, inclusivity, and global end users in content design. Preferred Skills Experience influencing content frameworks, guidelines, and best practices. Ability to drive alignment through collaboration and healthy debate. Passion for language as a design material and a key part of the UX process.
