As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Attendant in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team at Allied Universal that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report unusual activity in accordance with site procedures. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
