Senior Customer Success Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will be responsible for strengthening long-term client relationships and ensuring customers realize meaningful value from the company’s healthcare solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to account stakeholders, helping guide adoption, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for expansion. The position also requires close collaboration across internal teams to support customer outcomes, retention, and growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually.
