Position Overview

This is an early career role for someone with 0 to 3 years of professional experience who wants to grow into a trusted construction technology professional and client advocate.

You do need to be curious, disciplined, technically capable, and willing to learn quickly. The right candidate will become an indispensable part of our team and a trusted partner to our clients by solving practical project problems through better tools, better information, reliable workflows, and the fit-for-purpose use of AI-enabled processes.

This role is suited for someone who wants to engage with a range of different clients by combining technical execution with professional judgment, clear communication, and ownership of results.

What You Will Do

You will support BEXEL USA project teams and clients in implementing and delivering seamless construction workflows through technology. Depending on project needs, your work may include:

• Supporting BIM-centric processes at an expert level
• Assisting with quantity takeoff, model-based reporting, and construction analytics
• Helping organize project information for planning, cost, progress, and handover
• Supporting 4D/5D workflows that connect models, schedules, quantities, and project controls
• Helping maintain project data in a Common Data Environment
• Preparing dashboards, reports, visual reviews, and project status summaries
• Supporting client meetings, coordination sessions, and technical workshops
• Learning how AI can support construction workflows, including data analysis, reporting, document review, automation, and production insight
• Documenting workflows, lessons learned, and repeatable project processes
• Building trust with clients by being reliable, prepared, responsive, and accurate

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Early in their career, with 0 to 3 years of experience
• Passionate about the construction process, BIM, VDC, project controls, data, AI, or digital transformation,
• Learning new software, technical workflows, and emerging AI-enabled tools is your second nature
• You enjoy walking the construction site, learning from those who desire to improve what it means to physically build through technology use
• Detail-oriented and willing to verify their own work
• Clear in communication and professional in client-facing situations
• Practical, organized, and willing to follow structured processes
• Curious about how buildings are designed, planned, built, measured, and handed over
• Motivated by becoming useful, trusted, and eventually indispensable to clients

Helpful Background

A degree or coursework in one of the following areas is helpful but not mandatory:

• Architecture
• Construction Management
• Civil Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• MEP Engineering
• Building Science
• Construction Technology
• Data Analytics
• Computer Science or Information Systems

Experience with any of the following is also helpful, but not required:

• BIM or VDC workflows
• BEXEL Manager or model-based construction management platforms
• Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, Stratus, Track3D, cmBuilder, TestFit, or similar software tools
• ACC/Forma, Procore, P6, MS Project, Destini, ESTmep….
• Power BI, Excel, databases, or data visualization
• RFIs, submittals, coordination workflows, or construction documentation
• Common Data Environments or cloud-based project platforms
• AI tools used for research, analysis, reporting, automation, or knowledge management
