We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook / Grill Cook / Prep Cook to join our growing Italian deli and market team. In this role, you’ll help prepare fresh ingredients, cook made-to-order items, and support daily kitchen operations while delivering the high-quality experience our customers love. What You’ll Do Prepare fresh ingredients and food items according to recipes and kitchen standards Cook and assemble sandwiches, grilled items, hot foods, and deli specialties with consistency and care Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to health and safety guidelines Work alongside the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently Assist with stocking, inventory, and prep for daily operations Properly use kitchen equipment including grills, slicers, knives, fryers, and prep stations Help maintain quality, presentation, and portion standards throughout service Support catering and special orders as needed What We’re Looking For Previous kitchen, deli, grill, or food prep experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality food Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Reliable, punctual, and a team player Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen supplies when needed Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required Why Join Us?
