Description Front Desk Medical Receptionist We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Check-In Desk Associate to join our healthcare team. This vital role ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for patients as they arrive for their appointments. If you are detail-oriented, compassionate, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently upon arrival Verify patient information and update electronic health records accurately Collect and process patient payments and insurance information Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to minimize wait times Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset Join our dedicated healthcare team where we value compassionate care, continuous growth, and a supportive work environment.
