Experienced Litigation Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, organized legal assistant for a busy litigation practice. 7-10 years of experience as a legal assistant specializing in litigation is required; medical malpractice experience is a plus. Great communication, self-starter and attention to detail required. Must be tech-savvy and should have experience with state filings/e-filings, as well as preparation/formatting/filing of legal documents. Organizational excellence and attention to detail is a MUST. Responsibilities include drafting documents, maintaining/organizing files, appropriate follow through on deadline dates, among other duties. Must have over 7 years experience as a legal assistant in a law firm setting. This is a full-time position.
