Senior Counsel - Collections Litigation & Compliance
Midland Credit Management
Midland Credit Management seeks an experienced Staff Counsel II to draft, review and file pleadings, and manage collection litigation matters. You will advise on legal matters, support compliance with debt collection laws, and supervise non-legal staff as needed. You will negotiate with opposing counsel, interact with outside counsel, and help minimize company exposure through effective advocacy in hearings, trials, and mediations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Midland Credit Management
