We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.Basic QualificationsKnowledge of production operations-relevant SAP and MES solutions supporting the capabilities within the Prod Ops portfoliosDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including Business, IT, and external partnersProven change management and leadership capabilities, with experience driving initiatives across organizational boundaries and leading virtual, cross-functional teamsStrong project management, prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExceptional communication and presentation skills, high energy, and strong work ethicAbility to travel a minimum of 20% to support 1LMX development, testing, and go-live activitiesDesired SkillsExperience with Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES)Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other large-scale ERP implementationsExperience with Production Operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and aerospace business processesExperience leading enterprise business transformations or modernization efforts.Experience with Agile methodologies, including product management, release planning, backlog management, and cross-functional deliveryExperience with requirements management, functional specification development, solution design, and testingExperience leading organizational change associated with large-scale technology transformationsExperience developing and managing resource plans, budgets, schedules, and program-level risksPay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
