Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech and communications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, offering the chance to deliver outstanding customer service while working with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, technology work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols.
• Support day-to-day operations at the location by providing directions, answering questions, and addressing security-related concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
