Your strong grasp of fine motor interventions and school-based assessments will be an asset as you assess needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide direct services that foster independence and success for each student.

Key Qualifications:

• Active OT license in California
• Solid experience in school-based settings
• Comfort with home health, teletherapy, and traditional healthcare OT approaches
• Proficiency in addressing fine motor skills and creating individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Exceptional communication and record-keeping abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement therapy plans targeting functional and academic skills
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students on your caseload
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adapt and adjust interventions to maximize student success
