What You'll Own Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for key customer accounts, orders, and service needs. Manage the full order lifecycle in ERP software ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and delivery commitments. Drive coordination across production, logistics, and sales to keep customer orders moving and on time. Stay ahead of inventory levels and lead times, proactively communicating with customers before issues surface. Take the lead in resolving complex situations involving shipments, billing, product specifications, and returns. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions. Generate and analyze reporting to spot trends and fuel continuous improvement. Support internal teams on ERP-driven tasks order tracking, invoicing, and documentation. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. A strong command of order management, inventory control, and logistics processes. Confidence in an ERP system and the adaptability to master a new one quickly. Excellent communication and problem-solving instincts the kind people naturally look to. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
