Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or in a classroom support role is highly valued
• Familiarity working with children or young adults in educational or similar structured settings
• Ability to follow teacher-developed plans and instructions, ensuring consistency in support
• Strong communication skills for interacting with teachers, students, and other staff members
• Adaptability, patience, and a collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students—individually or in small groups—to reinforce learning concepts and provide instructional assistance
• Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation, materials organization, and classroom management
• Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs), contributing to an inclusive environment
• Monitor student engagement and progress, documenting observations and reporting back to instructional staff
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development as needed
