Описание Мы ищем сильного и опытного HR Director / Head of HR для управления HR-функцией международной компании с удалёнными командами в разных странах. Сегодня наши сотрудники работают преимущественно в Европе и Латинской Америке, поэтому нам нужен HR-лидер, который уже имеет опыт управления распределёнными международными командами и умеет эффективно работать одновременно с несколькими странами и часовыми поясами. Задачи Полностью отвечать за HR-функцию компании и управлять HR-командой. Развивать и совершенствовать recruitment, onboarding, performance review, KPI, training, development и offboarding. Управлять международным наймом в разных странах. Развивать HR-политики, стандарты и внутренние процедуры. Поддерживать и укреплять сильную международную корпоративную культуру. Работать с руководителями департаментов над эффективностью команд и сотрудников. Контролировать HR-документацию, договоры и employee records. Анализировать performance, retention, engagement и другие ключевые HR-метрики. Выявлять проблемы в командах и процессах и предлагать конкретные решения. Требования 5+ лет опыта именно на позиции HR Director / Head of HR или аналогичной руководящей HR-позиции — обязательно. Подтверждённый опыт управления удалёнными командами в разных странах и часовых поясах. Сильный опыт международного найма, особенно в Европе и Латинской Америке. Глубокий практический опыт управления и совершенствования HR-процессов, политик и стандартов. Сильная экспертиза в корпоративной культуре, performance management и развитии команд. Опыт управления HR / Recruitment командой. Свободный английский язык — обязательное требование. Кандидат должен быть комфортен с таким форматом работы и готов регулярно взаимодействовать с сотрудниками и руководителями из разных часовых поясов. Нам нужен человек, который уже несколько лет руководит HR-функцией, имеет реальный опыт работы с международными удалёнными командами и способен взять ответственность за people strategy, HR-процессы, performance и корпоративную культуру. Мы ценим системность, инициативность, сильные лидерские качества, умение работать с людьми и одновременно поддерживать высокий уровень ответственности и эффективности внутри команды. Будет плюсом: Опыт работы с рынком США будет преимуществом; Испанский язык будет большим преимуществом Условия Поскольку значительная часть нашей команды находится в Латинской Америке, позиция предполагает рабочий график, который позволяет полноценно взаимодействовать как с европейской, так и с латиноамериканской командой. Ориентировочный график: 14:00–22:00 или 15:00–23:00 по времени Мадрида. Руководящую HR-позицию в международной компании. Полностью удалённый формат работы. Международную команду в Европе и Латинской Америке. Высокий уровень самостоятельности и ответственности. Прямое взаимодействие с руководством компании.
