Key Responsibilities

As a  Member Experience & Benefits Consultant , you will:

• Welcome and onboard new members through the enrollment process

• Conduct virtual consultations by phone and Zoom

• Provide personalized guidance based on each client's unique goals and needs

• Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally

• Respond promptly to client questions while delivering exceptional customer service

• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and support

• Organize appointments and maintain accurate digital records

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

Experience in customer service, client relations, healthcare, hospitality, education, financial services, recruiting, or sales is beneficial—but  not required . We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career.

Minimum Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
