Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in an outpatient setting, accommodating diverse client schedules.

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs, develop effective treatment plans, and set collaborative, goal-oriented objectives.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address a wide range of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in adherence to state regulations and organization standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

• Participating in weekly case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment effectiveness, and share insights with fellow therapists.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
