This is a hands-on, builder-focused role for someone who has strong technical fundamentals, enjoys solving problems, and is excited about building a career around artificial intelligence and automation.This position does not require extensive professional AI experience. We are looking for someone who understands how modern applications and technology environments work and is eager to apply that knowledge to AI. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, technically versatile, comfortable learning new technologies, and motivated by the opportunity to build solutions from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, enhance, and deploy AI and automation solutions supporting business teams across the organizationTranslate business problems and feature requests into practical technical solutionsWork with existing applications and prototypes to enhance, refactor, and prepare solutions for use within the enterprise environmentDevelop new solutions from initial problem statement through implementation and deploymentLeverage AI tools to accelerate application development, troubleshooting, and solution designWork with web applications, APIs, front-end and back-end technologies, and cloud-based platformsLearn and work within the organization's existing technical architecture and development standardsEvaluate and experiment with emerging AI tools and technologiesDevelop enhancements and new functionality for existing AI solutionsPartner with technical and business teams as solutions move from concept to productionContinuously learn and identify new ways AI and automation can improve business processesRequired QualificationsStrong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologiesFoundational understanding of web applications and how they functionUnderstanding of front-end and back-end application conceptsFamiliarity with APIs, API calls, requests, and responsesGeneral understanding of programming and software development conceptsExposure to at least one programming or object-oriented programming languageAbility to understand technical concepts such as functions, controllers, integrations, and application architectureStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to independently research and learn new technologiesHands-on, builder-oriented mindsetComfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where technologies and priorities are continuously evolvingPreferred QualificationsExperience experimenting with or building solutions using generative AIExperience with AI agents, agentic AI, or AI-assisted developmentExperience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot StudioMicrosoft Power Platform experienceMicrosoft Azure or Microsoft Foundry experienceExperience with web application developmentAngular exposureJava / Spring experienceHTML knowledgeQA, application testing, automation testing, or penetration testing backgroundFamiliarity with OWASP or application security conceptsMachine learning exposurePersonal projects demonstrating hands-on experimentation with AI or automation technologiesWhat You'll GainThis role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of departments and business challenges within a large enterprise environment.
