Administrative Assistant

Location: Houston, Texas

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 am 6 pm

Position Summary: This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, assist with internal sales processes, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
• Scan, file, and organize documents accurately
• Maintain office cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked and organized
• Track incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
• Support internal sales processes and customer interactions
• Monitor and manage inventory of PPE and office supplies
• Communicate and coordinate with external service providers and vendors
• Handle cash transactions responsibly when required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Previous experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
