Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 am 6 pm
Position Summary: This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, assist with internal sales processes, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
- Scan, file, and organize documents accurately
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked and organized
- Track incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
- Support internal sales processes and customer interactions
- Monitor and manage inventory of PPE and office supplies
- Communicate and coordinate with external service providers and vendors
- Handle cash transactions responsibly when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Previous experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment: This position operates in a fast-paced office setting and requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
