Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid LPN or LVN licensure required
• Advantageous: prior experience in school health or pediatrics
• Excellent clinical judgment and fundamental nursing skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational habits for record-keeping
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and parents
• Eagerness to grow expertise in the school health setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general first aid and routine health care for students
• Assist with medication administration following scope of practice guidelines
• Maintain up-to-date student health records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Participate in immunization tracking and health documentation initiatives
• Support health compliance requirements and school office operations
• Foster a safe, supportive, and welcoming health office environment
