Customer Service Admin Assistant Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 21.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
Process and enter customer orders accurately through multiple communication channels.
Coordinate with production to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment. Track orders and shipments while providing status updates to customers.
Perform administrative duties including phone support, mail distribution, and record maintenance.

Customer Service Admin Assistant Qualifications:

Required experience in both Customer Service and Administrative Support.
Strong customer service skills with experience handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building customer relationships.
Proficient with computers, data entry, Microsoft Office, and standard office equipment.
Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
High School Diploma required; ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
