Day to day, you will be generating leads and following up with consistency and professionalism, attending regular training and coaching sessions that continuously sharpen your approach and build your confidence, and setting appointments for buyers and sellers as your pipeline grows and your skills develop. You will nurture client relationships through phone, email, and structured follow-up systems while keeping your CRM accurate and current and tracking your activity and progress toward both your individual goals and the broader goals of the team around you.

• Real Estate License or in the process.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
