Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery will provide care for patients in the LDRP rooms, assist with C-sections in the OR suite, and support postpartum units. The position requires expertise in managing LDRP experiences, couplet care, and circulating in the OR, with an ability to titrate pitocin drips. Floating between L&D, postpartum, and mother-baby units is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in LDRP rooms, postpartum units, and mother-baby units.
• Assist in the OR for C-sections when required.
• Manage and titrate pitocin drips as necessary.
• Float as needed to provide support to other units.
• Follow AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios.

Requirements:

• LDRP experience and couplet care expertise.
• ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications.
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required.
• Ability to work nights and every other weekend.
