Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionStrong Requirement Elicitation & Analysis skillsShould have the capability to understand requirements and convert to design and provide pass the same seamlessly to the team who is working on the same.Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status.Good knowledge in DWH concepts and Logical/physical database designExtensive knowledge of Teradata database, data warehousing and information management best practices.Excellent understanding of Teradata architecture. Knowledge of Teradata CLDM will be an added advantageHands on experience in performing optimization/tuning activities in TeradataHands on experience in Stored Procedures, Bteq, Teradata utilities for load and export dataShould come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Unix shell scriptingExcellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skillsShould have played client facing roles Must have worked in on-site/offshore modelExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
