Dispatch Support Specialist

To ensure efficient service delivery, the full-time Dispatch Support Specialist will manage daily logistics for field technicians, coordinating service calls based on urgency and technician expertise while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency and technician specialty Maintain constant communication with field technicians, service managers, and customers for status updates Strategically plan the following day's schedule with field supervisors to maximize efficiency Required qualifications 1+ years of professional dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus High School Diploma or GED required
