Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the Licensing & Publishing Technology department supporting content sales planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a problem‑solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Systems Analyst IV Location: Burbank, CA What's the Job? Partner with Content Sales, Finance, and Licensing teams to align CSP capabilities with business strategy and revenue objectives. Gather and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Support forecasting, scenario planning, and predictive modeling to enable faster, data‑driven sales decisions. Evaluate current workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement scalable CSP solutions across the value stream. What's Needed? Strong understanding of content licensing, rights management, and sales planning workflows (forecasting, deal modeling, revenue tracking). Experience translating complex business processes into scalable technology solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Working knowledge of data modeling, analytics, and reporting to support forecasting and planning decisions. Ability to evaluate trade‑offs and recommend solutions based on ROI, business impact, and technical feasibility.
