Position Overview:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage with prospective customers through referrals, outreach efforts, and agency-generated opportunities.
Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects while consistently following up on opportunities.
Develop strong customer relationships that lead to long-term retention and referrals.
Educate customers on available products and coverage options in a clear and professional manner.
Track activity, maintain accurate records, and manage follow-up tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new business opportunities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed performance expectations.
Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, retail, hospitality, or insurance is beneficial.
