Position Overview:  
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Insurance Growth Specialist to help drive agency success through relationship-building and consultative sales. In this role, you'll connect with prospective customers, learn about their goals and concerns, and recommend insurance solutions that help protect what matters most to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with prospective customers through referrals, outreach efforts, and agency-generated opportunities.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects while consistently following up on opportunities.
• Develop strong customer relationships that lead to long-term retention and referrals.
• Educate customers on available products and coverage options in a clear and professional manner.
• Track activity, maintain accurate records, and manage follow-up tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new business opportunities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed performance expectations.
• Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, retail, hospitality, or insurance is beneficial.
