Benefits Mon-Fri Schedule Flexible Schedule Work from Home Responsibilities Consult with prospective clients to identify their unique coverage needs and financial goals. Develop customized insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind. Proactively reach out to community members to help them understand the importance of comprehensive protection. Manage and nurture a growing book of business through consistent follow-ups and service. Maintain accurate client records to ensure everyone receives the right coverage at the right time. Collaborate with the agency team to find creative ways to serve our Flint neighbors. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Process customer policy change requests. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Work independently and as part of a team. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone. Requirements Michigan Property and Casualty insurance license. Michigan Life and Health insurance license. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent conversational skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
