Responsibilities As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will operate as a consultative risk advisor, not just a salesperson. You Will Develop and grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic community engagement. Conduct needs-based insurance consultations across auto, home, life, umbrella, and commercial. Deliver tailored protection strategies using access to a broad panel of top-rated carriers. Prospect and identify opportunities through structured outreach and relationship-building. Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate documentation within CRM and sales technology platforms. Continuously elevate your sales process, closing skills, and client experience standards.
