At Kaffenberger Family Agency, we are looking for a motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Coverage Representative who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

This is a sales-focused role where you’ll work with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs, recommend appropriate products and coverage options, follow up on leads, and help grow the agency through new business and cross-selling opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and sales opportunities.
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, outbound communication, referrals, and relationship building.
• Recommend insurance products and coverage options based on each customer’s needs.
• Cross-sell additional products to existing customers to help protect what matters most to them.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to move sales opportunities forward.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals and performance expectations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with the agency team to support overall growth and provide an excellent customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and following up with prospective customers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and priorities independently.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or a related field is helpful but not required.
• Competitive, coachable, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
