Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity - Washington

As a physician-owned multispecialty clinic, we emphasize exceptional patient care while promoting a healthy work-life balance.
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become part of our team at one of our eight clinics located in Vancouver, WA. Additionally, we have positions available across the river in several clinics throughout Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing evidence-based medical care in a supportive environment. We particularly welcome applicants with a focus on LGBTQ health.
Department OverviewOur Internal Medicine Department is expanding! Currently, we have 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians serving both Washington and Oregon.
Position Details- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)
- Schedule: Flexible, with options for a 4-day work week
- Work Environment: 100% outpatient; shared phone call responsibilities among Washington clinicians
- Compensation Structure: Production model
- Guaranteed Salary: New clinicians receive a 2-year guarantee ranging from $301,321 to $326,401, with potential for increased earnings
- Bonuses: Up to $150,000 in starting and retention bonuses
- Partnership Track: Two-year pathway to partnership with a reasonable buy-in
