What can we offer you?Monday thru Friday scheduleFull Benefits(For full-time employees only)Medical, Dental, Life and Vision Insurance401K (Employer-matched!)16 Days PTOUp to $500 per month for student loan relief, whether you are currently in a nursing program or are paying off a nursing programPay RangeSalary range of $87,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and education What do we ask from you?RequirementsCurrent RN or LPN license in good standingEffective communicationWillingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term careJob DutiesActive management of clinical systemsNursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring and firingTeam building, moral building, culture improvement, and advocating for the finest patient careAssist with development and maintenance of nursing programs and activitiesComplete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc..Infection preventionAnd additional functions in coordination with the Director of NursingMore about Red Cliffs Health and RehabAt Red Cliffs Health and Rehab, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care.
