Accounts Receivable SpecialistJoin our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you will be responsible for processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. You will perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data. In addition, you will prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits, while reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately accounted for and posted.ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.Essential Skills5+ years of accounts receivable experienceExperience with both manual and automated AR processesProficiency in ExcelB2B Collections experienceCash applications experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the manufacturing industry would be a plusWork EnvironmentThis position is fully onsite and operates Monday through Friday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Shoreview, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
