Title
ICU RN - Progressive Care Unit

Schedule
Weekend requirement: Yes - every other weekend

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (specific ICU experience required)
- Valid CA license (must be active/in-hand)
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, LA Fire Card (must be within last 30 days)
- Core clinical skills:
- Ventilator care / trach care / high-flow nasal cannula / non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP)
- ABG and dysrhythmia interpretation, telemetry monitoring
- Care of ventilated patients, intubation/extubation support
- Management of cardiac/vasoactive drips (no titration), PCA, blood product administration
- Feeding tube care, PICC/peripheral IV management, hemodialysis support (pre/post)
- Wound care, chest tube care, rapid response/code team participation

Compliance / Notes
- RTO (requested time off) must be included at submission
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day)
- Travelers expected to float among facilities in the state; refusal may affect assignment
